FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

How far in advance should I order?

Please order at least 3-4 weeks in advance. WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT DOING ANY EXPRESS SHIPPING AT THIS TIME!

 

Can you do any character/theme?

If you don't see a character or theme that you want it CAN be done just feel out a contact form located on our contact page to request it for pricing.

 

What carrier do you ship your items through?

Due to Covid-19 we are currently shipping out orders through UPS. This may or may not be temporary. Please check back later for further updates.

 

How do I place an order?

Follow these steps to place and order with us:

  1.  Click on the Shop tab located at the top of the page

  2. Add an item to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the item you desire to order once you filled out the required information.

  3. Click on "Cart" at the top right corner of our website to review your cart.

  4. If your cart looks correct, click on "Checkout" and follow the instructions until your order has been confirmed. You'll know your order is complete when you see our Order Confirmation page with your order number.

 

I noticed you're not located in my city, do you ship?

Yes we ship within the U.S, however we are currently not shipping out of the country at this time to Covid-19.

Can I order first then pay later at another date?

Orders are NOT started on until it is PAYED for IN FULL AMOUNT.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept debit and credit card payments, as well as PayPal.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once ordered, production time can range anywhere between 1-2 weeks, once shipped it may take 3-5 business days (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS) for you to receive your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. We will only send this to the email address that is provided to us when you first ordered, so please check that email inbox and/or spam folder.

 

What is your exchange or refund policy?

ALL orders are custom and made to the customer's liking. We provide photos of ALL items before they are shipped out to make sure that you know EXACTLY what you will receive. Due to the nature of our products there is a NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy that we have. For more information on our policy please visit our Store Policy page.

 

Do you create/show a rough draft of our order before we actually order it?

We do not create nor show any rough drafts of any work before or after an order is placed. We work off the top of our head using creativity from the information you have provided us such as the character/theme, color scheme, etc... We are always open to your ideas and if you don't have any we are open to share ours.

 

Can you change my order before it has shipped?

Unfortunately we do not have the ability to change your order after it is placed. This includes the size, character/theme, shoe color etc... However if you contact us about a change of shipping address BEFORE your order has shipped, we can accommodate you and change that.

 

Will the crystals fall off easily?

All crystals and embellishments are strongly attached to our items and will not fall off easily. Please do remember these are delicate items and should be handled with care. Used for rough playing purposes and picking them off are not recommended and will cause them to come off.

 

Will I get the exact design that is shown in the product image?

No orders are exactly the same. Each item I create are custom and are made for each own's individuality and to be unique. If it specifically asked,it will be 80% matching the product image

 

I have not received my package, what do I do?

We are not responsible for LOST or DELAYED packages of any kind, domestic or international as we are not affiliated with UPS or any shipping carrier we may ship your order through. You must also contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to file a claim if you haven't received your package so an investigation can be done.

 

How does your sizes run?

For Converse they tend to run a HALF SIZE BIG. For Crocs, they typically run true to size. We suggest you check out our shoe sizing page to get a better idea of what size to order. Please note that these are SUGGESTIONS ONLY. Feel free to contact us if you have any concerns about sizing.

 

I received a discount code for your shop, How can I use it?

When checking out you will see a section that allows you to enter a coupon code. Please enter the code EXACTLY how it was given to you so that it is applied to your order. You may only use ONE coupon per order.

How will I know if a promotion or a sale is going on with your shop?

You can be the first to know about any new updates and sales/promotions going on by signing up with our FREE subscription located on your homepage at the top. All you have to do is provide your email address and we'll take care of the rest from there. If you aren't already, you can follow us on Instagram and keep with up updates.
