STORE POLICY

SHIPPING

  • Orders are SHIPPED out within 14 BUSINESS DAYS from your order date through the post office (USPS). Please note that you may receive your package as early as 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS or as late as 14 BUSINESS DAYS. ( This does not include weekends or major holidays!) You now have the option to choose Priority Mail (3-5 BUSINESS DAYS) or Priority Mail Express (1-2 BUSINESS DAYS) at checkout. The estimated time frame is listed at checkout as well. If you need your order by a specific date, please be sure to order at least two weeks before that date. This is to ensure your package will be received on time.

  • We do ship within the United States and Internationally. Please check to see if we ship to your country by sending us an email first.

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your package has been shipped due to us not having any affiliation with USPS or any other shipping carrier! You must contact the shipping carrier (USPS) and provide them with a tracking number that we give to you once your order is shipped. Please make sure your shipping address is correct during the checkout process. We will ONLY ship to that shipping address.

 

ORDERS

  • Absolutely NO changes will be made to personalized orders.  Once you have completed and placed your order, it is immediately processed and put into production. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order and shipping information before payment was submitted.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM MADE ITEMS!!!

 

  • Special requests are not 100% guaranteed, It is in the customer's best interest to contact us prior to placing an order if there are special accommodations that are not pictured in the product.

 

  • ALL custom orders are based  on selections from the variations when customizing your shoes, please be sure to double check prior to submitting your order that all variations are carefully selected. We are not responsible for your selection of wrong sizes, age, colors, etc... selected.

 

Return/Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!

All orders are personalized/customized and made to the customer's liking. We provide photos of all items before they are shipped out to assure that you know EXACTLY what you will receive. Due to the nature of our products there is a NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy that we have.

REMINDER: Please make sure to order the CORRECT shoe size and clothing size when ordering. We cannot exchange the size once your order has been made.

EXCHANGES (if applicable): 

In the rare occurrence of a product defect, the policy will be as followed:

  • There is a 30 Calendar Day Product defect Exchange Policy which commences on the date of purchase. (THIS IS NOT FOR PRODUCTS THAT WERE RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION, ONLY THOSE THAT WERE DEFECTED ON ARRIVAL DUE TO OUR PART AND NOT SHIPPING CARRIERS FAULT). We are not responsible for exchanging any products that becomes damaged due to rough usage and/or picking/removing off items. 

  • If you need to exchange it for the same item under these qualifications, send us an email at kustommaniere@gmail.com

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

In the rare case our product is defected and you have contacted us within the 30 Calendar day period, After you have shipped the original order back to us and we receive a confirmed tracking number for it, we will then re-make your order and ship it out to you within 14 business days.

If you are shipping an item over $65, we require you to purchase shipment with tracking information. This is to guarantee we received your returned item.

 

DISCLAIMER

WARNING: Kustommaniere uses small parts which can be a choking hazard,We recommend that our items be used with adult supervision. All of the embellishments placed on our footwear and apparel are secured by hand and fully inspected before being shipped, however we cannot guarantee that through the shipping process or from normal wear and tear that any of the items will not come off. 

 

CUSTOMER AGREES WHEN THEY PURCHASE, ALL EMBELLISHED ITEMS THAT THEY ARE PURCHASING ARE AT THERE OWN RISK AND KUSTOMMANIERE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISUSE OF EMBELLISHED ITEMS.

COPYRIGHTS OF THE CHARACTER IMAGES OR TRADEMARKS USED IN ANY DESIGN ARE NOT BEING SOLD. I DO NOT CLAIM OWNERSHIP OF THESE LICENSED CHARACTERS.  MY FEE IS ONLY FOR THE TIME SPENT DESIGNING AND PERSONALIZING IT FOR YOU.
